בעקבות תקריות ירי שנערכו לאחרונה בארה”ב, MASADA החליטה לפתח פתרון הגנה המיוחל לתלמידים, כדי לשפר את ההגנה שלהם ולהגביר את הביטחון שלהם. MASADA פיתחה תיק גב מגן, משוריין, בעל מראה תמים מבחוץ, אך בעת הצורך הוא הופך לאפוד חסין כדורים מלפנים ומאחור.

תרמיל טקטי חסין כדורים מצדה תוכנן במיוחד כדי לענות על הצרכים האזרחיים של המאה ה-21, הוא תיק גב חיצוני חסין כדורים שהופך לאפוד מלא תוך 2 שניות. תרמיל מצדה עמיד בפני כדורים ברמה IIIA. אפוד תרמיל מצדה עשוי לעמוד בפני סיבובי אקדח, סיבובי רובה ורסיסים. התרמיל מיועד לשימוש רגיל של סטודנטים, לנשיאת ספרים, מחשב נייד ודברים אחרים ונראה כמו כל תיק רגיל אחר. חלק האפוד סגור בחלק נפרד של התרמיל ולא ניתן לראותו בשימוש היומיומי בתרמיל.

MASADA has developed a Protective Backpack. An Armored backpack, which has innocent looking from the outside, but when needed it transforms into the front and back bulletproof vest.

Specifically designed to meet the civilian needs of the 21st century, the Masada Bulletproof Tactical Backpack is an external Bulletproof Backpack that transforms into a full Vest in 2 seconds. The Masada Backpack is a level IIIA protection bulletproof. the Masada backpack Vest is made to withstand handgun rounds, shotgun rounds, and shrapnel. The backpack is designed for regular student use, to carry books, a laptop, and other stuff and looks like any other regular bag. The vest part is closed in a separate section of the backpack and it can not be seen at the daily use of the backpack.
